  • How Do I Know my Nail Size?
    Here at Artemis Cosmeticos, we create press on nails based on the width of the nail bed corresponding to our chart. Our standard sizes are XS, Small, Medium, and Large, but we understand that all nails are not alike! Which is why we also do custom sizing for free! How to get nail bed size? Any tape will do! Put on the nail bed, making sure that the tape goes into the edges of the nail width for accurate measuring. Mark with pencil or marker, then measure with a ruler! Send us your custom sizing into the notes section at checkout, or choose the standard sizing!
  • Can I Customize My Nails?
    Of course! Put any customizations you would like in the text box for the product. We'll customize it free of charge, such as length (up to XL only), shape, color, rhinestone color, and more! If you'd like a length longer than our XL, please choose our Custom Press Ons. Want a style of nails that we don't have? Create your own custom nails! Please send us any inspiration pictures at our instagram (artemis_cosmeticos) for correct and accurate pricing! After discussing the design, please buy the "Custom Press Ons."
  • How Long is Processing?
    Our processing time is currently 20 BUSINESS DAYS (Mondays- Fridays counted only), which doesn't include weekends or holidays. To expedite, please add our 1-2 WEEK NAIL RUSH on our website. If the order is placed without this but you want to expedite, you may add our 1-2 Week Nail Rush separately. The additional shipping will go towards also upgrading the pre-existing shipping speed chosen. You can choose the shipping speeds, which will definitely speed up the time that your order will be delivered in! This is not the processing speed which we hand make orders in.
  • How do I know my order has shipped?
    Once we have finished making, packing, and have dropped off your order with a USPS facility, we will forward your tracking number via the email the order was made with. You can also log into the account made when the order was purchased and view the status of your order. If you haven't received the shipping email, your order is still being made, processed, or isn't packaged off.
