Shipping & Returns

Processing and Shipping Policy

  • Our accepted processing time by ordering is 20 business days; it does NOT include weekends, holidays or SHIPPING TIME. All of our nail sets, cosmetics, and jewelry are made to order to your convenience and customizations!  Large orders of nail sets may take longer than usual to ship out.

  • To expedite, please purchase our shipping options with the nail rush included, or our 1-2 Week Nail Rush from our website to the cart and the shipping option First Class/ Ground Advantage. This can be done before or after your order has been placed.

  • We ship out two times a week, if your order has not been shipped out during our TWO shipping days, it is automatically scheduled to be shipped out the following week.

  • We do NOT send UPDATES. We will ONLY send shipping emails once your order is ready and shipped out.

When will I receive my order?

  • You will receive two emails, one when you place your order, another one when we ship it out and is confirmed with USPS ONLY. You can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email or through your account created with your order. This is ONLY available after we have shipped out your order.

  • Please note that we do not have control over the shipping speed provided by USPS. Delivering times may vary in cases of bad weather, transportation complications, ect. We do not offer compensation, refunds, or returns after we have shipped out your order.

NAIL RUSH QUESTIONS

  • What is Nail Rush? Nail Rush is an expedited option that we can have your order shipped out in 1-2 weeks, which is faster than our normal processing time. 

  • Please keep in mind that shipping is not included in this time, but if you have a specific date, we'll gladly do our best to get your order delivered by that time. Unfortunately, we don't refund or compensate if your order doesn't get delivered by that date, since shipping and delivery is out of our control.

Delivery

  • Once the tracking number is marked as delivered by our carrier post office, we are not responsible for your package. If there is a delivery issue, you can create a claim using the USPS verified website claim form only. The customer is responsible for inputting the right and correct shipping address for it to be delivered in. 

Unclaimed Packages

  • If your order is returned back to us by USPS or another carrier because of incomplete address, unsafe shipping location, vacant premises, ect; please send us a message through our contact forms on the home page of our website with your order number, updated shipping address, and any other needed infromation. This will allow us to have your order sent back to your shipping address location, free of charge. We will notify you before hand if your order has been sent back to us, so please be vigilant of your order status and email inputted to recieve emails. 

  • If no response, your order will be held at our safe location for a 6 month period only. If no response after our 6 month safe grace period, your order will be refunded only for the cost of your product order, it will not include shipping, taxes, or any fees.

  • The customer is responsible for monitoring their email regarding statuses, shipping information, address changes, ect. We are not responsible for incorrect or misspelled email addresses that hinder the receiving of emails regarding order confirmation, shipping emails, cancellations, ect.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We do not support returns, we cannot accept returns regarding CUSTOMS, CUSTOM SIZES, INCORRECT SIZING, OR DAMAGES REGARDING MISUSE OR DISATSFACTION. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure to correctly size your nail sizing, we are not responsible for incorrect sizing that is provided by you. 

  • CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE OUR ORDER DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMIZATION, WHICH INCLUDES CUSTOM SIZING, DESIGN CHANGES, HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT, OR HAS BEEN MADE AND IS AT THE END OF OUR MAKING PROCESS. Please contact us to inquire where your order is during our making process. We do not give "updates."

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DAMAGES OF USE, MISUSE, OR AFTER THEY ARE WORN.
